  • Date and size of expansion good for both articles. Both articles are referenced according to standards. Spot check on close paraphrasing did not reveal any problems. Picture license seems to be fine. Hook fact is simple and "obvious", and mentioned in the articles. However, I can not see that it is explicitly verified in a cited reference. • Added a reference in the lead.--Nvvchar. 19:21, 29 May 2013 (UTC)
  • Thank you for providing new citation. But I am still confused, even more than before. In short: Hook claims that the Siskiyou Pass was the highest point of US Route 99. Cited reference (the newly provided) says that the Siskiyou Pass is the highest point on Interstate 5. Oceanh (talk) 21:43, 29 May 2013 (UTC)
  • Both alt1 and alt2 are good. Hook facts are mentioned in the articles, and verified in online reference. Thank you for providing new hooks and for significant improvements of both articles. Oceanh (talk) 20:58, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
  • I'm glad that I got the content sorted out. I think ALT2 will generate more views as I-5 passes through 3 states, plus the img supports the claim quite nicely. --Rosiestep (talk) 06:38, 2 June 2013 (UTC)
