- I think the uploader is her husband ("Lee Thomas, Personal photo collection" was quoted on upload, that's her husband's name) and I didn't find any usages on the web which pre-date the upload here in 2007, but I can take it out if that's a sticking point. January (talk) 13:16, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
- If Thomas is not the photographer (we have no proof either way), he would not have the rights to upload. As such, I think removing the image until we get confirmation is the best way to go. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 13:23, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
