San Francisco Bay Area edit

Source: "...no other U.S. city-region is as definitionally challenged [as the Bay Area]." [1]

    • ALT1:... that if the San Francisco Bay Area were a country, it would be ranked sixteenth in the world in terms of GDP? Source: "Globally, the Bay Area would rank 16th just behind Mexico and ahead of Indonesia." [2]

  • GA status and date checked. The GA review brought out some close paraphrasing but this was fixed before it passed. DYK sourcing standards are different than GA standards but this article passes them. I greatly prefer hook ALT1, as it says something much more specific about the area. It is included in the article and properly sourced. QPQ done. Good to go with ALT1. —David Eppstein (talk) 23:53, 29 October 2017 (UTC)
