- I have done more than 100 review this year, and usually have have not said the obvious (new enough, long enough etc), but what's missing, - check my reviews: more often than not I don't simply approve but engage the author in order to improve the article. I believe that is more in the interest of the project than telling an experienced editor that she was able to follow the rules. - A hook by an author I never met before is a different story.
