The article was nominated on October 9 and never transcluded to make it available for reviewing. Unfortunately, it was created on May 3 and hadn't been expanded 5x since the date of creation, nor was it a Good Article. It therefore does not qualify for DYK; it's only hope to qualify in future is to be listed as a Good Article and nominated within 7 days of listing.
