Dull hook. There have been a lot of people nominated in multiple categories at lots of award shows. Daniel Case (talk) 02:22, 27 May 2013 (UTC)
(ALT1)... that although Rob Howell is an award winning set designer, he is nominated at the 67th Tony Awards for Scenic Design of a Musical and Costume Design of a Musical?--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 04:15, 27 May 2013 (UTC)
  • I don't understand the "although". I suspect you can win and be nominated for most awards, so it's not clear what connection between these events needs to have attention drawn to it. How about this…
(ALT2)... that Rob Howell is an award winning set designer, and he is nominated at the 67th Tony Awards for Scenic Design of a Musical and Costume Design of a Musical?

Fine.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 22:41, 29 May 2013 (UTC)
OK. Here's how I think we should do the hook:
ALT3: ... that award-winning set designer Rob Howell is also a nominee for Best Costume Design at the 67th Tony Awards?

Short and sweet; no need to confuse the reader with the nomination he'd be expected to get. This brings out the unusual aspect of this, sort of like an actress getting nominated for writing a screenplay. Daniel Case (talk) 12:38, 3 June 2013 (UTC)

That is fine also.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 13:57, 3 June 2013 (UTC)
  • Needs a full review now that the hook issues are settled. BlueMoonset (talk) 05:26, 4 June 2013 (UTC)
  • Looks OK to me. Long enough (just), new enough. Plenty of references, sources are OK too and the hook is properly sourced. Agree that ALT3 is the best choice of hook. Prioryman (talk) 20:14, 8 June 2013 (UTC)
