New article is 2,140 characters long and completed on the same day as nomination. Duplication detector check of only English source [1] reveal no close paraphrasing issues (AGF foreign-language ones). Article is well-sourced. Hook is 79 characters long (under the 200 character max. limit) and is interesting. Refs 2, 3 and 4 (verifying the hook) – first two are foreign language sources, hence AGF as reliable sources; last one is a reliable source from The Jakarta Post. QPQ done.
