  • Hi Casliber, review follows: article has been expanded on 8-9 April but I make it just less than 5x (by my count 825 characters before expansion and 3885 currently); article is well written and is cited to good quality references; it is missing citations at the end of two paragraphs ("Taxonomy" and "Distribution and habitat"); I didn't notice any plagiarism from a spot check on the accessible sources, AGF on the offline ones; the automatic detector picks up a violation ("The red Irish lord (Hemilepidotus hemilepidotus) is a species of fish in the family Cottidae. it is found in the northern Pacific ocean, from Russia to Alaska and as far south as Monterey Bay.") with a Getty Images page but this existed in the older version of our article so I am happy to presume that they copied it from us; the hook fact is probably moderately interesting, the image helps; image is confirmed as PD by virtue of being from an NOAA photographer; QPQ is in progress; a little work on expansion and sourcing and I think this one will be good to go - Dumelow (talk) 09:15, 12 April 2019 (UTC)
  • (update) - crap! I forgot about this! Gimme 24 hours... Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 05:38, 15 May 2019 (UTC)
Ok @Dumelow: I have it at 4439 characters now. Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 14:31, 15 May 2019 (UTC)
Hi Cas Liber, this looks good to me now - Dumelow (talk) 16:37, 15 May 2019 (UTC)
  • Hi, I came by to promote this, and I agree that the image doesn't work. But on its own, the hook isn't hooky. The identity of the red Irish lord is too vague. Do you have another hook suggestion? Yoninah (talk) 22:55, 15 May 2019 (UTC)
  • I am confused about the image discussion and which image "doesn't work"- the infobox image is not the same as the getty image and neither are the image in the DYK nom. I thought the hook was funny because of the name ("Red Irish lord") just sounded funny. as is the fact it is eaten by otters. Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 13:30, 16 May 2019 (UTC)
  • Thank you, that answers my question about the hook. Restoring tick per Dumelow's review. Yoninah (talk) 20:36, 16 May 2019 (UTC)
