Portland Fire Station No. 7
edit- ... that Portland Fire Station No. 7 (pictured), built in Portland, Oregon in 1927, was the last of many firehouses designed by Lee Gray Holden, who died of a stroke while visiting it?

- Nearly half of the article is in effect a bio for Lee Gray Holden, which practically repeats similar content at Portland Fire Station No. 23. Without that, the article appears to fall short of the "1,500+ characters of prose" requirement. -- Daemonic Kangaroo (talk) 07:17, 27 December 2011 (UTC)
- p.s. perhaps Lee Gray Holden deserves an article of his own. -- Daemonic Kangaroo (talk) 07:21, 27 December 2011 (UTC)
- Those are fair points. Give me a day or two and I'll revise the article to fix those problems. Prioryman (talk) 08:53, 27 December 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry, it took a bit longer than I'd expected (New Year!) but it's done now. See what you think. Prioryman (talk) 17:38, 2 January 2012 (UTC)
- It now looks great and you have more than dealt with my points. I love the articles about the refurbishment of the property. They almost made me want to go back into business so that I could work from somewhere like that rather than offices above a grotty 1960s shopping precinct! -- Daemonic Kangaroo (talk) 20:07, 2 January 2012 (UTC)
