- Wait: I was a bit too quick. I don't like "free" in the hook and the source doesn't really bear it out--it says that he encouraged Chinese and English to help them improve their material condition. "Free" (especially given the historical suppression of the Chinese there) sounds a bit too free. Sorry--make the minor change and I'll rubber stamp it again. Drmies (talk)
