Peter Cochrane (soldier) edit

Created by Philafrenzy (talk). Self-nominated at 22:25, 23 December 2015 (UTC).

General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: Done.

Overall: In checking for conformity with core criteria, a "cite needed" notice was found. No QPQ supplied yet. Hook could be livelier; isn't a soldier supposed to kill a few enemy soldiers upon occasion? The hook is a grudging "pass". Once the minor deficiencies are dealt with, this nomination is GTG.Georgejdorner (talk) 03:03, 24 December 2015 (UTC)

  • Well they thought it impressive enough to give him a DSO George. I have fixed the cite required and will do a QPQ shortly. Here is an Alt: (Reviewer relocated ALT1 above.)Philafrenzy (talk) 21:03, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
  • ALT2 much more interesting. And it is too bad you did not somehow better show the gallantry that won him the DSO. Brave men deserve honor.Georgejdorner (talk) 05:16, 25 December 2015 (UTC)
And Merry Christmas to you too George. Philafrenzy (talk) 12:21, 25 December 2015 (UTC)
