Article is new enough and long enough. Hook is short enough and interesting enough. The hook is referenced to fn. 7, but there is nothing in there that I see about a 1505 completion date. I do see a 1505 date referenced in fn. 8 which is in Spanish. I'll assume good faith on the hook being properly supported. No indication of copyvio or other policy violation.
