The article is new enough, long enough, and adequately sourced. But the DYK hook is really boring (artist holds exhibition — how is this at all surprising?) and I'm skeptical of the photo licensing (the commons page for it includes a conversation between uploader and subject that indicates the photographer's name but does not provide evidence that the photographer has agreed to the copyright release). Also, a technicality: if this hook is to be accepted, the corresponding sentence in the article (not just its paragraph) needs a source. —David Eppstein (talk) 22:45, 28 May 2016 (UTC)

- Hmm. I couldn't find much in the way of useful additional sourcing to expand the article with so I think we need to go with what's already in the article. How about (with a selection based on her book publications):
- ALT3 ... that ballet photographer Nina Alovert's subjects have included Mikhail Baryshnikov, Vladimir Malakhov, and Yulia Makhalina?
