Much as I am not a fan of "good to go" reviews, we can't accept some and refuse others, especially those, such as in this case, that got most things right. (Interesting hooks are a grayer area.) So for this one I'd allow for QPQ to be considered fulfilled, albeit not well done, and go ahead with the article review.
