  • I'll step in since this has gone untouched for a bit. While each of the alts are quite interesting, I'm going with ALT9 since it was a big deal for both her and Playboy. I will assume good faith that the book citation attributed supports the hook, and the biography it cites seems credible. It is eligible since the nomination was made only one day after the article became a GA. Snuggums (talk / edits) 04:54, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
  • Just for the record, I'd like to note that the shitty grammar in ALT9 was added without notification by a subsequent editor. Yoninah seems to have emended it as
... that Marilyn Monroe was featured on the cover and on the centerfold of the first issue of Playboy?"
which is the version that appeared on the main page. It's still kind of wrong (usually, it's was or featured as the centerfold) but not quite as bad as whoever mangled it above. — LlywelynII 02:01, 16 November 2015 (UTC)
