Malören edit

  • ... that an octagonal wooden chapel was erected in 1768 in Malören in northern Sweden and was later given a shingled roof; this was a popular church style around the Bothnian Bay at the time?

  • New enough, long enough, well-cited, QPQ done. A few issues, though not enough to keep it from passing:
  • It says the lighthouse was replaced with a Dalén light. Do you mean to say that the lighthouse's gas-powered light was replaced with a Dalén light, or was there a new structure?

ALT 1: ... that the wooden chapel on Malören in northern Sweden became known as the "cathedral of the islands" due to its tall spire? -Oreo Priest talk 04:49, 25 October 2013 (UTC)
  • Yes. Your suggestion of ALT 1 hook is ok with us.--Nvvchar. 05:30, 25 October 2013 (UTC)
  • Comment: I agree that the Dalén light is ambiguous and needs improvement, but it should not stop the dyk process as it does not appear erroneous and has no bearing on the hook.
ALT1 review - length excellent, format correct, interesting, fact spans 2 separate sections of article and is correctly cited in both (to same reliable source). Remainder of approval per Oreo Priest above. Good to go. Baldy Bill (sharpen the razor|see my reflection) 19:23, 25 October 2013 (UTC)
