Ma Guoqiang

  • ... that Ma Guoqiang, the top government official in Wuhan, served as chairman of China's largest steelmaker until less than two years ago? Source: Sohu (in Chinese)

Created by Huangdan2060 (talk) and Zanhe (talk). Nominated by Zanhe (talk) at 06:58, 31 January 2020 (UTC).

  • @Zanhe: New enough and long enough. QPQ present. Sourcing seems in line, but unfortunately I do not read Chinese so I must AGF. I would prefer the second paragraph be reworded to reword material that's a bit close to the Caixin Global sentence, "Wuhan Mayor Zhou Xianwang acknowledged that the city failed to disclose information on the coronavirus outbreak in a timely way and offered his resignation over the Jan. 23 decision to lock down the city." Once that is done, this will pass. Raymie (tc) 02:07, 2 February 2020 (UTC)
@Raymie: Thanks for your review. I've now rephrased the sentence and also added info about Ma's own interview. -Zanhe (talk) 04:52, 3 February 2020 (UTC)
Then this can be ticked. Thanks for bearing with me on that rephrasing. Raymie (tc) 04:55, 3 February 2020 (UTC)
