General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: Done.

Overall: Regarding which hook should be used, I'd go the RCPG hook as it is more interesting and 'important' in comparison to being one of the first. It'd be good to change the first two sentences under Early life as the repetition of "she" doesn't make it flow as well as it could, small parts are close to the source (but not enough for there to be able a problem here.
