Lindsey Berg edit

  • ... that Lindsey Berg was twice named the USA Volleyball Indoor Female Athlete of the Year?

Created/expanded by PM800 (talk). Self nom at 21:57, 20 August 2012 (UTC)

  • References provided are 2 web pages. The widely used website #1 has a tag of All rights reserved. The article needs additional references other than web pages and more expansion, to be eligible for DYK.  MehrajMir ' (Talk) 11:51, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
  • None of those objections are relevant; the copyright status of a website is irrelevant to whether we should use it as a citation. Olympians pass WP:ATHLETE because of their Olympic status, so we've established notability, and the websites of NBC and of the US Olympic Committee can be assumed to be reliable. I didn't check carefully, but it seems that the current version of the article has more than five times as much prose as the pre-expansion version; we don't count lists toward pre-expansion or post-expansion size, and most of the pre-expansion article consisted of lists. • As confirmed by my fellow user, sources reliable, 5x expansion. There‘s no question to keep it hanging.  MehrajMir ' (Talk) 16:37, 31 August 2012 (UTC)
