If she was married at the time, she was no longer Lady Isabella Somers-Cocks (not just Cocks). And both hooks do indeed lead one to conclude that she was indeed prime minister at the time—that was my reading, even though I knew it had to be wrong if referring to the UK—so they're both problematic in my view. I suggest Johnbod's variant on the original hook, with a slight flip around 1870s that avoids the need to insert a "the" (which would be 202 characters minus "pictured"), which I'll call ALT2 (and is 195 characters minus "pictured"):
