GA passed on 27 January. Long enough, within policy (neutral, sourced, free of CV), hook passes, 
awaiting QPQ, though. I do however think that a more interesting hook would simply be that over the course of a day, 2,800 people died based on the "100-for-1".--Zoupan 21:43, 28 January 2017 (UTC)
