Both articles pass on length and newness as of the time of nominating. Author has reviewed two. Only needed one, so I would keep the second one for use on another nomination. Hook is properly formatted, within length and interesting given the topic. Mercer plagiarism check: here, here, here, here, here. No concerns. Hague: here, here, here, here, here. No concerns. Both articles are neutral. I do not see any BLP violations. Hook is supported by citations in both articles.
