John Rope

edit
  • ... that John Rope was the first Apache scout to receive the medal of honor?

  • Well-written short article, elegantly cited. Mainly offline so AGF; the Arizona ref is certainly about the subject. Article would benefit from a separate brief lead section but not a requirement here. Moved to mainspace on 5 October. Hook is cited and suitable. GTG. Chiswick Chap (talk) 20:56, 5 October 2013 (UTC)
  • Comment: It might be a good idea to link which Medal of Honor he won (presumably the Congressional one). BobAmnertiopsisChatMe! 21:25, 5 October 2013 (UTC)
Source just says MOH, not which one, I know zero about American medals sorry. Darkness Shines (talk) 21:27, 5 October 2013 (UTC)
