Jizhou ware edit

Tea bowl, 13th century, with leaf resist decoration
Tea bowl, 13th century, with leaf resist decoration
  • ... that decoration of Jizhou ware included using leaves that were burnt away, leaving their shapes in the glaze (example pictured)? source

  • Long enough, expanded 5.1 fold (617 --> 3172 chars); nominated within 7 days of starting expansion. The hook is concise, interesting and cited to reliable online source; "(example pictured)" needs adding somewhere. I have pluralised "shape". Article appears neutral and is well cited to apparently reliable sources. A reference could be added for the kiln site being included in the major national historical and cultural sites in Jiangxi, but it checks out with our article which is referenced (in Chinese). No close paraphrasing or copyright problems detected by Earwig. Image is appropriately licensed & present in article; it's very attractive at full size and just about works at postage stamp size. The caption could be shortened. QPQ has been started but not yet completed due to awaiting information from the nominator. This is the only major outstanding issue. QPQ finally cleared. Johnbod (talk) 01:21, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
I've added "(example pictured)" to the hook. The caption runs over three lines but, if used, it will no doubt be shaved in prep if not before. Espresso Addict (talk) 01:35, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
