Overall: I don't think ALT0 needs "removing an entire ovary" to be interesting, so I suggest removing that part but it's okay either way. To the promoting user: File:Smillie portrait.jpg is a free acceptable picture that imho would really be a good idea to have in the DYK set but I know that pictures are always complicated with only one slot per day.
