  • Articles are new enough (Italian Hall and Anna Clemenc both moved to main space on November 24) and long enough. Articles are also generally well-written and sourced to reliable sources. The hook is short enough at 169 characters, interesting, and supported for the most part by on-line sources (some elements sourced to off-line sources as to which assumption of good faith applies). Based on spot checking, no evidence found of copyright violation or unduly close paraphrasing. Based on the linked discussion, it appears highly likely that the photo is public domain, though there appears to be less than 100% certainty as to when and where it was published before 1923. Given the lack of certainty, it may be prudent to run this hook without republishing the image on the main page. Cbl62 (talk) 23:02, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
I may have approved prematurely. Looks like this still needs a QPQ review, no? Cbl62 (talk) 23:04, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
Noted a QPQ that is in progress. Regarding the image, if you wish, File:Annie Clemenc.jpg was published in a newspaper in 1914, or File:Italian Hall Arch.JPG is a modern image taken by me. Chris857 (talk) 23:22, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
  • QPQ has been added and is well underway. The modern image has an appropriate licence and could be used on the main page. Cbl62 (talk) 23:44, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
  • Again regarding images, I found a place where the historic building image was definitely published in 1914, which has been added to the file description page. Chris857 (talk) 04:37, 25 November 2012 (UTC)
  • Good work on the photo. The tick now applies to the photo as well, which was published before 1923 and is therefore in the public domain. Cbl62 (talk) 15:24, 25 November 2012 (UTC)
  • " in Calumet, Michigan," added to hook - needs locating. Johnbod (talk) 19:31, 15 December 2012 (UTC)
  • I've moved "pictured" back to immediately after the name of the article to improve hook flow. BlueMoonset (talk) 22:22, 19 December 2012 (UTC)
