I did check Google Books. The book containing the hook facts has only a limited preview and pages 45 to the end of the book were unavailable. With the way Google Books operates this can vary based upon time of day, day of month, and originating location of your IP connection. --Allen3 talk 23:43, 28 September 2011 (UTC)
