@BlueMoonset: There's a big discussion on the QPQ page about QPQ, but I think the intent - that the article, sources, and the like were reviewed - was done, and, while there's a hiccup over there, I don't think that it's reasonable to blame the reviewer for having overlooked something really obscure (the DYK reviewed has an issue with that article's QPQ being previously used, basically - doesn't affect this one).
