The article is new and long enough. It is neutral, contains inline citations and I cannot see any plagiarism. The hook is interesting, but I think it would benefit from a link to Bull's Eye (postage stamp). QPQ has been done. Image is free and used in the article. – JuneGloom Talk 17:21, 18 April 2014 (UTC)
