That's perfectly normal in a list—the ref isn't just for the prose but for all the data in the row and for the entry's inclusion on the list. Cf. OK, everything else is looking passable, although the hook is 207 characters. If we ignore the "(pictured)" parenthesis like we probably should the hook can barely squeak by, but for the sake of this nomination being better than the bare minimum I think the hook should be condensed. "in World War II" seems stifled... how about "in a 1941 air raid". In DYK, we give reasonable deference to the nominator's preference of a hook. There is no reason not to here, though the unsigned Abyssal has ignored HJ Mitchell's stated preference in favor of Abyssal's own previous proposal. I am striking that one (plus all others, to avoid confusion, since they all had issues), and approving HJ Mitchell's final proposal (properly formatted):
