Go Get a Roomie! edit

Only two small parts of the article (the "Art style" section and a sentence in the "Publication" section) are sourced to what I would consider reliable sources (the SequentialTart and ComixMix pieces), the hook is not adequately sourced, and some long sections ("Story" and "Secondary characters") are entirely unsourced. The article needs copyediting for MOS compliance (e.g. section titles are inappropriately capitalized) and currently features a prominent "under construction" tag. Article creation began March 18, not March 23, although I note that the nomination was only seven days past creation. - The article was only four hours and a bit late—created March 19 UTC, which means a March 24 UTC submission would have been okay—so it could be given some stretch. However, with the prominent "newpage" template and other issues, as David Eppstein notes, this submission needs work if it's going to be eligible for DYK. BlueMoonset (talk) 21:58, 4 April 2013 (UTC)
- MrJugs, I should add that "fix and re-submit" is not an option here, unless there is an additional 5x expansion within a five-day period before the resubmission, which would mean adding a huge amount of material. - Note: MrJugs only ever edited on March 24 and 25 (and hasn't responded to David's April 1 notification); I have just notified Jacroe of the nomination, and asked for a reply. If nothing happens within the next week, then we should think about closing the nomination, but I'd like to keep it open that long. BlueMoonset (talk) 15:29, 10 April 2013 (UTC)
Jacroe had two major editing sessions in the 24 hours after I made the talk-page post, though none since then. Given the lack of response and amount of work required to get this into shape, I think it's time to close the nomination as unsuccessful. BlueMoonset (talk) 14:40, 19 April 2013 (UTC)
