Givors canal edit

Double lock on the Givors canal at Tartaras

Created by Aymatth2 (talk). Self nominated at 18:01, 26 August 2013 (UTC).

  • Date, length, hook, image all OK, article well cited. Hook confirmed by online citation, in French but comprehensible even to a language-challenged Brit. However, in order to comply with DYK rules, we do need a citation directly after the sentence containing the reference to 1,200 mules. --Peter I. Vardy (talk) 19:09, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
  • My mistake. I generally prefer that two or three sentences followed by a cite can be assumed to be covered by the cite, and never consciously add anything that is not covered by the next cite, but agree with the DYK rule and have fixed it. Aymatth2 (talk) 00:33, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
Thanks. I agree with you, but rules is rules! --Peter I. Vardy (talk) 19:07, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
