Fain Skinner edit

Created/expanded by The Bushranger (talk). Self nom at 21:00, 29 May 2012 (UTC)

Length okay and sources check out.. but Twitter link needs to go per WP:ELNO. Hook checks but is rather boring. Perhaps "...that Fain Skinner scored over one hundred wins in kart racing, and won the 1999 World Karting Association national championship?
Alternate looks good from here. As for WP:ELNO, it has the caveat Except for a link to an official page of the article's subject, which is what that is here. - The Bushranger One ping only 04:10, 1 June 2012 (UTC)
I agree that ELNO does allow official websites, and the article does include one.[1] But as Twitter is seen as a social networking site and not a personal website, ELNO specifically lists it as a no. Facebook and Myspace sites are also sites of, and edited by, individuals... yet they too are excluded from consideration under ELNO. Schmidt, MICHAEL Q. 04:34, 1 June 2012 (UTC)
The way I read ELNO, an 'official' facebook or myspace site would be acceptable (and why is there a, widely used, Twitter template if it's verboten?). But I've removed it. - The Bushranger One ping only 06:40, 1 June 2012 (UTC)
