Article size was 222 characters on 10 August 2016‎. It was 5x expanded to its current state on 14 May 2017‎ and nominated on the same day. So fits size and 7 day range. Hook is within 200 characters limit. QPQ is done. Reference 1 is a bare URL and needs cleaning. Reference 3 does not support "originally had a capacity for 9,000." @Vivvt: I just fixed the bare URL, which was the lone source for the entire article when I came across it, and I corrected the capacity by citing one of the other articles. Raymie (t • c) 06:54, 15 May 2017 (UTC)
