Overall: The article meets all the requirements for a DYK. The hooks are interesting, and the article is a pleasant read. I personally find ALT2 to be the most interesting, but I couldn't access its source, so I'm going to AGF on that one. Happy to pass the nomination. I'm fine with using ALT2. The page from the source is available online at [1]: In 1948, the United Nations issued the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, in which education was recognized explicitly as a human right. Phlsph7 (talk) 16:04, 2 September 2023 (UTC)
