Dimension 5 (film)

edit

5x expanded by Inkwell765 (talk). Self-nominated at 22:17, 22 May 2015 (UTC).

  • This article isn't strictly new enough- it was created over a month ago with fixes, but no major expansion, in the time between then and now. Given that you're a new to DYK, I wouldn't personally mind letting that slide, but Sorry, I see that there has been significant expansion, in the form of the detailed plot. I do think you need to look at the reliability of your sources (the hook is cited to basically a fan site, and one of the review quotes is just to a Blogspot site) and you need to fix the reviews section, which is currently just a list of quotes. • ALT1 ... that the film Dimension 5 featured many cast members who had appeared, or would appear, on Star Trek, including three who appeared on the pilot episode, "The Cage"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Inkwell765 (talkcontribs) 01:29, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
    • Ok, two things: first, could you expand the reference data, at least with the year of publication and the publisher? (I have added a template, so this should be easy.) Second, does the book specifically mention Dimension 5? Josh Milburn (talk) 09:26, 26 May 2015 (UTC)

Simon and Schuster (Wallaby Book) 1981. The book mentions Dimension 5 for both Hunter and Nuyen. Hunter has a very detailed list of credits, because of his importance to ST fans. Nuyen's credit is given in the entry for "Elaan of Troyius". Lormer was also in "The Return of the Archons" Phillips was listed in "The Cage" cast list (uncredited) as one of the officers watching Vina dance. Robert Ito made appearances in TNG and Voyager, but I don't have ref for that. Inkwell765 (talk) 14:14, 26 May 2015 (UTC)

Sorry for the delay. A link between the two has been mentioned in print, and I'm happy to accept the offline refs in good faith. Josh Milburn (talk) 22:20, 6 June 2015 (UTC)
