QPQ: None required.

Overall: ALT1 is okay, ALT0 not really interesting. Rest is okay without the picture though. Even if it is really free, it's not of the subject but of one side of the campaign, which would also create a WP:NPOV slant. Since a picture is also not really needed, I'm okaying ALT1 which is not using the picture.

I'm proposing ALT1a for the promoting user to consider (just a rewording of ALT1):
