  • Date, length fine, few but good refs, hook nicely to the point, pic seems licensed, good! Recommend to translate the title, no need to wl France:
ALT1:... that 1911 journal Der yidisher arbeyter (The Jewish Worker) (pictured) was the first Yiddish labour journal published in France? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:54, 21 October 2011 (UTC)
  • I'm ok with ALT1, but the reference clearly says 'first Jewish', not 'first Yiddish'. --Soman (talk) 06:32, 22 October 2011 (UTC)
  • I tried to avoid saying Jewish twice, how about "in Yiddish" somewhere to inform a Main page reader who can't tell from the title what language that is? Your turn. But I am ok with the hook also, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 08:42, 22 October 2011 (UTC)
  • How about
ALT2:... that in 1911 the first Jewish labour journal published in France was Der yidisher arbeyter (pictured)? Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:16, 23 October 2011 (UTC)
No, that becomes a bit weird grammatically. As stated before, I'm ok with ALT1. --Soman (talk) 09:34, 23 October 2011 (UTC)
ALT1 then, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 07:08, 25 October 2011 (UTC)
