Cynthia Cooke edit

  • ... that Cynthia Cooke "did fail to perform the deep and graceful traditional curtsy due, thereby insulting the First Lord of the Admiralty", and was punished by being ducked underwater?

Interesting bio, on few but good sources, offline sources accepted AGF. The hooks: I think the original is too incidental and does no justice to her achievements, the ALT too broad in scope. I suggest you mention Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service (hooky in a way) and something small and specific in addition (could be one of the two). Other questions: Why do you have the quotes italic? How do you feel about an infobox? Can you combine the one-sentence-para with another? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 11:38, 6 July 2016 (UTC)
I've added a new alt, should be better. I have the quotes in italic because... that's the way I learned to do it in University. No other reason really! I'll look into an infobox now and will try and sort out the paragraph. Chase me ladies, I'm the Cavalry (Message me) 23:28, 7 July 2016 (UTC)
ALT2, thank you! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 07:02, 8 July 2016 (UTC)
