No, I didn't know! Interesting, based on good sources, offline source accepted AGF. Long enough, and anyway, what can you say if only fragment's survive. The hook is sourced but on the boring side. - (edit conflict, will ignore "matronizing":) The article was written in a quest to promote accomplishments of female musicians, I would prefer a hook which hints at that. - Gerda, DYK decisions go by a simple list of criteria, not by additional ones which adjudicators make up on a WP:ILIKEIT/WP:IDL basis. But as the first suggestion anyway meets your feminist qualification, why not just go for it? - and instead of the quirky one
