Chromis nitida, Anilocra pomacentri, Cymothoidae

edit

Yellowback puller

Created/expanded by Cwmhiraeth (talk). Self nominated at 12:52, 6 June 2014 (UTC).

  • The first article check out. It is new enough and contains part of the info (that the yellowback puller [pictured] sometimes has an ectoparasite [Anilocra pomacentri]). The second article has been sufficiently expanded and also contains the same info as above. The third article has also been expanded enough, and contains the remaining piece of info. I have added citations to the hook sentences in two of the articles. I'm not sure you are right about the hook fact needing to be mentioned in each article for a multiple hook. I'm sure the point has been discussed on the DYK talk page before now but I forget the outcome. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:32, 18 June 2014 (UTC)
  • Thank you for the cites. I also remember someone questioning the appearance of the hook in all 3 articles, so I'll concede on that, but honestly, I don't see how the hook relates to the Cymothoidae article at all. Neither yellowback puller or Anilocra pomacentri are even mentioned there. All that seems to be mentioned there is that Cymothoidae is an isopod. Moreover, there is no cite in Anilocra pomacentri connecting it to the fact that it is from the Cymothoidae family. Yoninah (talk) 10:50, 18 June 2014 (UTC)
Perhaps it is best to forget the Cymothoidae article and just go for
  • Great. Hook ref AGF and cited inline in both articles. Image is pd. ALT1 good to go.
  • Please don't forget about the Cymothoidae expansion. Could you make a separate nomination with this template as the subtemplate? I'm not sure how to do that. Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 13:30, 18 June 2014 (UTC)
