Carnegie Building (Atlanta)
- ... that the Carnegie Building in Atlanta was designed by G. Lloyd Preacher, who moved his offices to the building after its completion?

Date, length, sources, citation, all check out, and the article is within policy. I personally prefer the ALT1 hook; I don't really find it all that interesting that he moved his offices to the building, and think the additional notable building he designed is a more interesting fact.
