Butter grading edit

  • ... that butter for consumer use is graded "AA", "A", or "B" in the United States, but in Canada is graded "Canada 1", "Canada 2", or "Canada 3"?

  • Comment Hook wording tweaked slightly. Edwardx (talk) 14:26, 23 November 2015 (UTC)
  • New enough, long enough, well referenced, neutrally worded, no close paraphrasing seen. I tweaked the hook some more to reflect the fact that these grades are for butter sold to consumers; one of the sources also mentions a grade "C" which is not consumer-quality.
