Brcko in Zagreb edit

  • Reviewed: QPQ pending
  • Comment: I'd like the article to appear on the Main page on 28 August 2017, the 100th anniversary of the film's release.

Moved to mainspace by GregorB (talk). Self-nominated at 18:22, 8 August 2017 (UTC).

  • @GregorB: Long enough, no copyvios, neutral, offline/foreign-language sources accepted AGF. Nomination looks to be a day late, but close enough. Needs:
1) QPQ
2) 2nd sentence is missing a subject (it currently reads as "A short comedy . . . premiered on 28 August 1917," with no mention of Brcko in Zagreb).
3) Not for the QPQ, but is there any info on where the surviving stills came from? Seems interesting that traces of the film, but not its entirely, remain. --Usernameunique (talk) 11:27, 13 August 2017 (UTC)
Actually, the nomination was not late, as the move to article space was made on August 7 and the article was nominated one day later.
QPQ is (largely) done now: Wildlife of Turkmenistan.
The intro has been amended and slightly expanded.
The question of stills is an interesting one. The sources mention "stills", plural, but I haven't been able to find any images online apart from the one in the article, and the primary source of that still is not discussed. It could have been a promotional photograph that was somehow preserved. GregorB (talk) 12:49, 20 August 2017 (UTC)
Looks good! You're right about the move to article space. --Usernameunique (talk) 04:20, 21 August 2017 (UTC)
