  • Bot statements confirmed; article within policy; no close paraphrasing detected. The sources say that Barton's land holdings became part of the city of Redlands, but not that it comprised its entire area, so a new hook needs to be provided. The fact about purchasing the land from Mormons being recalled to Utah might be a good hook. Otherwise, good job!
    • Thank you! How do I add a new hook? The markup is a bit confusing for me, unfortunately. Regards, James (talk/contribs) 23:01, 31 August 2016 (UTC)
No worries. Just put the new hook in a new comment below, and start it with * ALT1: to note that it's the first alternate hook. Antony–22 (talkcontribs) 04:19, 1 September 2016 (UTC)

I've shortened the hook above. Good to go! Antony–22 (talkcontribs) 16:11, 13 September 2016 (UTC)
  • @James Allison and Antony-22: I came to put this in the prep areas to go to the main page, but I ran into a problem doing some general validation. The hook as stated is not actually in the article. It does not list Brigham Young, nor a "recall" - the article uses the term "exodus", which has a different connotation. As it stands someone would click on the hook, then be confused when that fact as stated is not in the article. It can either be addressed by updating the hook or the article, I have no preference either way.  MPJ-DK  01:15, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
    • I've rephrased the article and provided a source. Regards, James (talk/contribs) 02:51, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
    • perfect, putting it in Prep 4.  MPJ-DK  06:20, 20 September 2016 (UTC)
