Has QPQ. Hook is properly formatted. Article is long enough. History of article is confusing. I am almost certain I am reading it correctly and the article was moved to the main space from user space on time, which resulted in the page being changed from a redirect to an article. If so, article is long enough. Article is supported by inline citations. Image on page has copyright notice. Article reads as neutral enough.
