Balwant Singh Nandgarh edit

5x expanded by Vigyani (talk). Self nominated at 10:32, 26 January 2015 (UTC).

Length, history and reference verified. Daniel Case (talk) 00:10, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
  • Daniel Case, neutrality and close paraphrasing also need to be checked. For that matter, the wording of the hook definitely needs work; it isn't ready for the main page, and should be improved. Here's a suggested rewording (I've struck the original):
Since Nandgarh was jathedar from 2003 to early 2015, he was high priest in 2007. I doubt something like "then–high priest" is necessary, but if you do, please feel free to add it. BlueMoonset (talk) 21:38, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
I reiterate my earlier approval; the new hook is better worded. As for the neutrality and close paraphrasing issues, I lack the deep technical knowledge of Sikhism to go through every source and check for close paraphrasing, and likewise for any POV in the text, without being pointed to any specific examples. Of course, really, such issues are better off taken up with the nominator and creator of the article. Daniel Case (talk) 15:50, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
