The sources say that he is the first to represent Jamaica in skeleton in the Olympics - he might not be the first to represent them at other events, so the first hook needs tweaking. violetriga, how about ALT2:...that the first slider to represent Jamaica in skeleton at the Olympic level was Anthony Watson, an American from New Jersey who competed for the Caribbean nation at the 2018 Winter Games? Source: "Anthony Watson, 28, will become the first Jamaican to compete in skeleton when he slides down the ice in PyeongChang, South Korea, later this month.... Watson might be representing Jamaica at the Winter Olympics, but he was actually born and raised in the US - Vineland, New Jersey, to be exact."
