American Star Bicycle edit

An American Star Bicycle being ridden down the steps of the United States Capitol in 1885

ALT1:... that an American Star Bicycle was ridden down the United States Capitol steps in 1885 (pictured) to demonstrate its enhanced stability?
  • This is a well filled-out and well referenced article, submitted here within two days of creation from new. The images are free-use. The hook (184 characters), and especially the image, works for me. A niggle about the hook reference: the ref cites the device's enhanced stability, but the hook has superior to the average high wheeler of the day. Is this close enough for a DYK, or should the suggested ALT be used? --Old Moonraker (talk) 16:16, 25 January 2012 (UTC)
As part of the original hook is not cited, I am approving Alt1, which in any event strikes me as much punchier and better. Moonraker (talk) 03:28, 26 January 2012 (UTC)
