  • Checked for absence of copyright violation. Article is new and big enough. Correct person credited. Article is cited throughout and neutrally written. One anachronistic euphemism does not disqualify the DYK. Hook below (alt1) is cited and sounds to be confirmed by newspapers, although I will give an AGF as the page does not open with enough resolution to read the detail. The image is public domain (confirmed on flickr too) and used and looks OK.I would prefer that hooks do not have uncertain facts in them. So how about leaving out the "may have been" bit. • Placing the ? so Hildabast and someone else can support alt1. Otherwise this is good to go. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 07:01, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
* I've also done a QPQ review and added it to the template, but it doesn't appear to be showing - can't figure out why (sorry). Hildabast (talk) 15:09, 11 May 2017 (UTC)
